Metro Manila Responsible for providing leadership in the hospital, implementation, monitoring, control, measurement, inspection, and improvement of quality and work processes requirements to exceed customer expectations.
To manage and oversee the Hospital quality system, internal quality audits, assessment action items, and compliance with the Department of Health, Philippine Council for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations,
Philhealth Bench book, and possibly in the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations certification requirements
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Internal Audit, Industrial Engineering or Science Degree Courses
- Preferably with training in process improvement
- At least 3 years of experience in statistical measurement, analysis and improvement processes in a Health Service environment or Quality Systems Management
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Knowledgeable and experience in Quality Management System of a business organization; strong analytical skills and statistical techniques; computer literate; assertive interpersonal skills; of good moral character
