May 11, 2024 The Operating Nurse Supervisor oversees the operations of assigned sections in an operation nursing unit from supervising nursing staff, managing patient care, and establishing standards of nursing care for the unit.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
General Qualifications:
- University degree in Nursing.
- Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) license
- Knowledge of the following:
– Patient care standards mandated by regulatory agencies
– Principles of nursing administration and organization
– Principles and practices of nursing that optimize patient care
- At least 2 years of which have been in a supervisory position with demonstrated leadership ability.
- With a minimum of 9 units of Master of Arts in Nursing.
