Metro Manila The Hospital Operational Auditor is responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of hospital operations to assess compliance, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity of hospital operations.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Healthcare Auditor (CHA) are preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Audit (Preferred)
- Proven experience in conducting operational audits, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS regulations).
- Familiarity with financial controls, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare billing systems.
